INTRODUCTION

This syllabus aims to presents important take-aways from exploring the Physical aspect for different SLDC. The effort is oriented to understand the framework as well as be able to gauge the framework for Physical aspects in Physical-Cyber-Social Systems approach. It deals with the different instances of a physical environment like organization of teams, the physical space in which the teams operate, workspaces etc. Understanding the physical environment is essential because it directly determines the successful outcome of the software development process.

  • The way in which teams work in an agile or Kanban set-up.
  • The organization of the teams.
  • The workspace that is needed to follow agile or Kanban.
  • The need for using tech-tools to establish the online boards for agile and Kanban.
  • The means of communication with other members in a team.
  • The way in which different organizations follow any SDLC.
