Continuous Improvement Unit Syllabus
INTRODUCTION
Continuous improvement is a method for identifying opportunities for streamlining work and reducing waste. The practice was formalized by the popularity of Lean / Agile / Kaizen in manufacturing and business, and it is now being used by thousands of companies all over the world to identify savings opportunities.
This unit examines aspects of continuous improvement, and how those aspects may be applied to Software Management. The software development world is extremely competitive - in order to stay ahead, companies need to continuously improve their Software Management methodologies and practices.
